Our Story
RetentionHub was founded in Brisbane with a simple mission: help Australian and New Zealand retailers compete and win in the digital age. We saw too many talented merchants struggling with clunky platforms, poor user experiences, and missed growth opportunities.
What started as a small Shopify development shop has grown into a full-service ecommerce agency, serving over 200 merchants across Australia and New Zealand. Along the way, we built RetentionHub — our proprietary loyalty and retention platform — because we knew that acquiring customers is only half the battle.
